ChangeAgent will help: - Conduct a D&I Organizational Pulse Check - Establish an Employee Resource Group Framework (ERG) - Work with you to create Small and Diverse Supplier Policies - Identify high potentials for ERG Leadership Teams - Help you create ERG Leadership Positions - Provide 1:1 Coaching with each ERG Leadership Team - Provide 1:1 Coaching with each executive sponsor to manage expectations - Facilitate the implementation of each ERG's unique programming - Aid in ERG Brand identity - Develop a PowerPoint slide library for your D&I program - Work directly with HR to ensure ERG participation is included in the performance management plan process. - Ensure HR is identifying top performers for leadership positions - Development of internal marketing approaches and ERG member recruitment.
